I love everything about the fall season. The cooler temperatures, the changing colors and most of all the seasonal foods and flavors. For me, fall screams pumpkin!!

A life without physical activity is hard for me to imagine. Like, really hard, because it was something that was ingrained in me from a very young age.
Time. Such a precious thing. Yet it always seems to go by way too fast and it feels as if there is never enough of it to get everything done in a day, week, or even an entire month sometimes.
The air is fresh, sprinkled with scents of floral and soil as the breeze softly swirls up from the recently watered lawn and travels between the foliage decorated with purple, pink, white and yellow blossoms.
Covered by the blanket of a dark sky speckled with trillions of brightly lit stars, I’m lying down feeling completely at peace and content.
I’ve got to stay focused on becoming a dietitian. Stay focused on getting good grades. Stay focused on getting into my internship of choice. Tennis will have to take a back seat. It isn’t my main goal. I’ve got to stay focused. No time right now for other things. Ok, go on a quick run, then it’s back to studying. Awesome, I graduated and got into my internship. Now it’s time to do well. Stay focused. Keep pushing. Ok, finished the internship, now I’ve got a job. Starting my career. Yes! Got into grad-school. Ok, stay focused. Very little time for distractions. Stay focused. My career’s advancing, got my CDCES. Stay focused. Stay focused.
I am a runner. I have always been a runner, although it may have taken me a while to recognize it because running has not always been the primary sport I do.
“Ditch the dream and be a doer.” This is the quote that graces the front page of my blog. The very front page. This should tell you exactly what I think about this quote. I loved it the very moment I read it!
